This is a ride at your own risk event.

You are responsible for the safety of your passengers, knowing your machine's capabilities and your driving skill level. It's ok to ask for help if you need it!

Event hosts and sponsors are not responsible for damages to your machine nor liable for any damages to person or property caused by you and your machine.

You will need to have a helmet with you as per state law when you ride into the towns for gas and lunch.

It is against state law to drink and drive. We aren't searching your cooler, but you are responsible for the consequences if you choose to drink and drive. We aren't paying your bail or giving you a ride home from prison. You're on your own.

No fighting or abuse of staff will be tolerated. You will be removed from the event immediately without refund.

Please operate your ATV at a slow speed when entering and exiting the parking lot. Your parking may be restricted if you spin gravel or pop wheelies in the crowded areas.

By completing the event registration form for this event, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Thursday, July 20: Registration/Tshirt pick up opens at noon.
The Guided Night Ride will be provided by Coal Country ATV Tours and will meet/leave from the courtyard or bunkhouse parking lot around 7 P.M.
Friday, July 21: 3 guided rides (2 by Coal Country ATV Tours and 1 by Hillbilly Heaven) will leave from the courtyard 10 AM. Please be here by 9:00 am so you can choose your guide for the day. You also have the option to form your own group and ride if you would rather not be with a large group.
7-10pm Live Music with One Eyed Jack
Saturday, July 22: 4 total guided rides (3 by Coal Country and 1 by Hillbilly Heaven) will be leaving out at 9:30 AM. Please be here by 8:30am so you will have time to choose your guide and be ready to leave.
*Dinner catered by Rebel Smokehouse will be served at 5 P.M.
*RZR KRAZY Auction will begin after the food is served.
Please be on time, as all rides are departing at the same time this year!

RENTALS AND RATES
'Rustic Accomodations'
means that we do not have telephones, televisions or wifi in our rooms but we do have electricity/heat/ac/indoor plumbing. You will need to bring your own linens, towels and pillows...we supply a fitted sheet for the bed, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.
We do have a land line that you are welcome to use as an emergency contact for family to use.
Room Rates
The upstairs unit of the house sleeps 12 (KITCHEN/4 BR/4BA) and rents for a flat fee of $300 per night.
Rooms that sleep 6 are $150 per night
Rooms that sleep 4 are $100 per night
We offer a $25 per night discount on the room if the room is not full.
RV sites: 30 AMP electric and water hook up only are $25 per night
50 AMP electric and water are $30 per night
Primitive camping: $5 per person per day
The Cabin
The cabin, pictured above, is located near the apartment building in the courtyard. The cabin can accomodate six people. The cabin has one large sleeping room with a full sized bed and four twin bunks in it. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and a mini fridge; however, there is no rangetop in the cabin. The cabin has heat/ac and private full bathroom.

The Bunkhouse Upstairs Unit
This building has been fully renovated inside. The upstairs of the Bunk House, Rooms C,D, E and F, feature a 1,200 sq. ft. unit with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a full sized refrigerator, range top and microwave. Some cooking utensils are supplied. Dishes and silverware are not provided, but we have some here that are available to use if you forget something and need to use them. The unit has one bedroom with two full sized beds, one bedroom with two queen sized beds, and two smaller, private bedrooms with full sized beds in them. All rooms in the unit have private full bathrooms and independent heating/air conditioning units. All rooms in the building have porch access. The men's and women's shower facility for primitive campers are also in this building.
The Bunkhouse Downstairs Units
The downstairs rooms, A and B, will each sleep 6. Each room has a private queen bedroom and two full sized beds in the front room. These rooms feature heat/ac, microwaves, mini fridges, and handicapped accessible bathrooms with walk in showers.
The Apartment Building
This building is located in the courtyard. It is across the creek from the bunkhouse. It has four separate units that will accomodate four people. The downstairs rooms each have full sized bunk beds. The upstairs rooms each have 4 twin bunk beds in them. All of the rooms in the apartment building have heat/ac, minifridges, microwaves and private full bathrooms.
Primitive Campsites
We have several primitive camping areas. The area shown above is located down in the bottom bedside the creek. It features several shaded, creekside tent or small trailer sites that are back away from the road. There is no through traffic, other than the folks who are camping in that area down there. These are great sites for large groups or families with little ones. The RV sites are pictured in the photo below and are near the bunkhouse. The Men's and Women's shower and restroom facilities are located at the Bunk House.
